BRIAN PEOPLES joined the firm in 1990 and is currently a partner. He attended Seton Hall University where he successfully completed the Criminal Justice Program of Study in 1986, graduating in the Top 10% of his class and earning Magna Cum Laude Honors. Thereafter, he attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he again received High Honors, graduating Cum Laude in 1990. During his distinguished legal career with the firm, Mr. Peoples has successfully litigated cases involving the defense of a variety of claims including construction defect, environmental/toxic tort, construction worksite accidents, premises liability, auto accidents, UM/UIM, PIP, insurance coverage, and workers compensation. He has briefed and argued numerous Appeals for his clients, resulting in multiple favorable published and unpublished Appellate Division decisions. In addition, Mr. Peoples serves as general corporate counsel to contractors in the construction field, representing his clients during contract review, in litigated collection matters, as well as offering legal advice on a variety of issues including construction liens and risk transfer. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
