CATHERINE MCGLONE is a magna cum laude 1989 graduate of Seton Hall University where she also earned a law degree in 1992. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Alterman, Civil Division, and the Honorable Sidney Reiss, Criminal Division, in Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. Prior to joining the firm, she built a practice of insurance defense litigation at two firms in Essex and Morris counties. She currently handles complex personal injury claims, including those involving construction accidents, products liability, professional liability and premises liability. Mrs. McGlone is the author of "New York Times v. Sullivan and the Freedom of the Press Debate” (Enslow Publishers 2005). She is admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts in New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In addition, Mrs. McGlone is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
