In addition to claims involving residential projects, she also has been involved in numerous public sector matters involving roadways, retaining walls and river dams, as well as private commercial projects involving shopping centers, office buildings, and warehouses. She has defended developers, general contractors, prime subcontractors, and suppliers in matters involving defective site work claims, such as storm pipes, sanitary lines, roadways, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, and building envelope issues involving masonry, EIFS, hard coat stucco, vinyl siding, and roofing. In defense of these matters, Ms. Sirico has aggressively pursued downstream risk transfer opportunities, as well as resisted upstream risk transfer claims. Ms. Sirico is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York and California and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
