MICHAEL C. URCIUOLI, ESQ. graduated from Rutgers University in 1980. In 1983, he received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. After graduation, Mr. Urciuoli clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Franklin, J.S.C. in Bergen County, New Jersey before embarking upon his career in civil defense litigation. Mr. Urciuoli has extensive practice experience in defending claims for personal injury and property damage arising from premises liability, construction accidents, products liability, Dram shop liability and automobile accidents. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
