Nelson A. Miranda

Mr. Miranda graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in History. He then attended Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in 1997. While attending law school, he served as a law clerk for a local law firm specializing in auto negligence, premises liability, construction defect, workplace accidents, and Municipal Court matters from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Miranda continued to work at that law firm following his law school graduation until 2000. He then moved to a law firm specializing in insurance defense matters, where he remained until joining Leary Bride.
Since graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Miranda has obtained extensive experience in the areas of personal injury defense, products liability, construction litigation, premises liability, property and casualty, professional liability defense, Municipal Court matters, workers compensation, subrogation, and appellate practice. In addition to appearing in the New Jersey Superior Court, he has appeared in the New Jersey Appellate Division, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Workers Compensation Court, Municipal Court, and Arbitration Forums.
Mr. Miranda is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He speaks both Portuguese and Spanish.
