Appellate Practice

The firm’s attorneys handle all aspects of appeals.  We litigate appeals in cases tried by our firm as well as in cases for which we are retained to act as appellate counsel.  We have been retained to monitor cases being tried in order to identify potential appellate issues and to strategize with trial counsel regarding those issues.  Our legal briefs present clear, rigorous analysis that is well-researched and exceptionally written and our attorneys have excellent oral advocacy skills that have resulted in innumerable favorable published and unpublished opinions in the New Jersey Supreme Court, The New Jersey Appellate Division, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, and the New York Court of Appeals.
